After studying medicine, I worked in the pulmonology department before starting my GP training. I spent the final year of my GP training with Peter de Groof at Schoterpoort. After qualifying, I gained experience as a locum GP in various practices in the region, and since 2014 I have been working as a permanent locum at Schoterpoort. In 2022, Peter de Groof retired and I took over his practice. My working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday morning and Friday. I am committed with great enthusiasm to providing accessible and high-quality GP care at Schoterpoort! As a GP, I find it important to build a relationship of trust with patients and I want to think along with you to find the best possible solution for your health problem. I find it a privilege to follow my patients over a longer period of time, in good times and bad.
Interests: In my free time I like to go out into nature with my husband and two children. You can also find me at the gym or on inline skates, and I love swimming (preferably outdoors). I also enjoy going to concerts and the theatre, and I love cooking and good food.

Natasja Moes

I thoroughly enjoyed my basic medical training at the VU in Amsterdam, and until 2001 I completed my GP training in Utrecht. During my medical studies, I also took the introductory course in Cultural Anthropology. Both of these studies came together in a scientific internship of several months in Indonesia, resulting in a scientific publication together with a close study friend and Ivan Wolffers for the *Nederlands Tijdschrift voor Geneeskunde* on the prevention of neonatal tetanus in North Sulawesi. After graduating as a doctor, I worked for over a year at the psychiatric hospital in Castricum, which is why I have a fondness for the psychiatric aspects of medicine. Since May 2003, I have been working at the Schoterpoort with great pleasure and satisfaction; it is a wonderfully pleasant workplace. In addition to patient care and training new GPs, together with Marina Duijn, I also dedicate half a day a week to quality processes for all four practices. A fascinating other side of the general practitioner profession, which is already so special in its variety of everyday complaints and unique disease processes, close to people of all ages. And as your GP, I hope to serve you in this with care and attention. Finally: I live in Overveen with my husband and children. We have a daughter (2002) (medicine in Leiden) and 2 sons (born in 2005 (studying in Amsterdam) and 2007 (studying in Utrecht).
Interests: sculpting, graphic work and singing in an English Cathedral Choir, playing the flute in an ensemble, piano lessons, the garden and walking in cities and nature, and sometimes a bit of tennis.

Marina Duijn

I have been a GP since February 2014. From 2015 I have been part of the wonderful Schoterpoort team. In the early years I worked for colleague Limmen, and in 2022 I took over the practice with great pleasure and enthusiasm. As a GP I hope to guide you in a coaching manner in making choices about your health. In addition to good medical practice, my goal is to give you as a patient the feeling that sufficient attention has been devoted to your problem. The different people and problems make the profession a challenge for me every day! My husband is a GP in Heemstede and together we have 3 children.
Interests: Walking in nature, reading, tennis. I can also often be found cheering at one of my children's sports clubs.

Britt Schouten

My name is Britt Schouten and since January 2025 I have been working with great pleasure in the practice of Marina Duijn. I studied medicine in Maastricht, after which I gradually moved further north. I worked in the Emergency Department of the Elisabeth-TweeSteden Hospital in Tilburg and then in various nursing and care homes in Amsterdam. In March 2023 I completed my GP training at the AMC, and since then I have worked in various GP practices in Haarlem and the surrounding area. My love for general practice is mainly based on its versatility. No two days are the same and that really appeals to me. I also see it as a challenge to earn the trust of my patients, so that I can help and support them as well as possible in more difficult times. Three years ago I moved from Amsterdam to Haarlem with my partner, and this year we had a baby boy.
Interests: In my free time I enjoy being out in nature, travelling and having a good dinner with family and friends.
Willemijn Steketee

After my medical studies, I worked at the BovenIJ Hospital in the specialties of internal medicine, cardiology, and pulmonology. In 2011, I completed my GP training at the AMC. I joined the Schoterpoort team in 2012. On January 1, 2019, I took over Dr. Oidtmann's practice, and since 2022, I have been a GP trainer. My permanent colleague is Willemijn Schaap, and I enjoy working with her. She will be staying in New Zealand until August 2026. Until then, my sister Nynke Kimman is filling in for her. So, a familiar face to me! To think that our parents used to form a GP duo together for more than 30 years in a village on the Veluwe makes our temporary collaboration extra special. What makes the GP profession so special to me is the diversity of complaints and patients. I find it important to build a personal bond with patients and to be able to advise, treat, and support them. I have been working at the Schoterpoort for quite a few years now and I enjoy it very much!
Interests: In addition to my work as a general practitioner, I play the violin and viola, I enjoy being creative, and I like spending time in nature with my husband and two sons.

Since February 2019 I have been working with pleasure in this practice, together with doctor Steketee. I have been a GP since 2013. I have worked extensively in Amsterdam, various practices in North Holland and for six months in New Zealand as a GP. Prior to my GP training I gained a year of experience at the BovenIJ hospital as a ward doctor. I find general practice a wonderful and fascinating profession - being close to people and being able to help where possible makes me enjoy my work every day. In my free time I enjoy my two young children, and when there is time left also windsurfing, walking and gardening.

My name is Lisette van der Eem and I took over the practice of Kees Sikkel as of 1 January 2025. I am originally from Haarlem and now live with my partner Guus and daughters Roos & Emma in Santpoort-Zuid. I studied medicine at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, after which I lived in Tanzania for a year and conducted research into the quality of maternity care there. Back in the Netherlands I worked in the gynaecology & obstetrics department until I could start my GP training at VUmc. In 2021 I qualified as a GP. What makes me so enthusiastic about this profession is the bond I can build with patients and the diversity of complaints and people I see during consultations. During every consultation I try to pay attention to the personal situation of the patient sitting in front of me.
Interests: I prefer to spend my free time with my family. I also love good food, enjoy motorcycling and love diving.

My name is Sandra Bosch. Since January 2025 I have been working as a permanent GP in the practice of Lisette van der Eem. I started at Schoterpoort in 2020 with my GP specialisation and being back feels like coming home! As a permanent GP, what I look forward to most is building a relationship of trust with patients and from there providing the most appropriate care possible. I also live in Haarlem with my husband and very much enjoy walking in the dunes, reading and good food. See you at the practice!
